Bio

Denver-based musician nok nok (real name Alex Quirk) first discovered electronic music at renegade raves deep in the forests of his hometown. While touring with Tiesto, Steve Aoki, and Wolgang Gartner under the alias Tommy Noble, Quirk developed a deep appreciation for the vast landscape and limitless possibilities of electronic music. His studies in classical piano and flute, combined with a background in sound engineering and a degree in physics, create a unique space that draws influence from artists like Clozee and Lane 8. His first album, "Neverwood Tapes", is an eclectic blend of industrial house beats, nature ambiances, and powerful melodies that serve as an ode to his first woodland raves.
